Hello, Here are the following versions of the information you would require to asses my situation:
MZmine version 2.10 OS: Windows 8 64-bit Java runtime: version 7 update 40 I downloaded MZmine 2.10 using the link provided by your website that led me to the sourceforge site. I extracted the zip file and then went to open the Windows batch file "startMZmine_Windows.bat". I attempted to either extract all files as well as the Run options, but both result in the same issue. A command prompt opens up that stated that: " 'java' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. Press any key to continue..." i did not change any script settings. I checked on the Java website to ensure that my version was up to date and it said I had the latest version installed.
