Hey Tomas,

Thanks for the help. I was able to resolve the particular error message I
was getting before with your suggestions, but I got another error message
after I tried to open up MZmine. I have attached a screenshot of the error
message. This is what it states:

The size of the object heap + perm gen exceeds the maximum representable
size
Press any key to continue...


Just in case you might need some information about my OS settings again,
they are listed below:

MZmine version 2.10
OS: Windows 8 64-bit
Java runtime: version 7 update 40
