G'day, Sonja, configuration of the MZmine start-up script for R integration is tricky. It's documented in a couple of places: http://sourceforge.net/p/mzmine/mailman/message/30700997/ https://bit.ly/MZmineManual#id.vo2xw33k4sdd Please work through these instructions carefully and double check that each setting corresponds to an actual directory for your R configuration. It's also important to be aware of whether you have installed the 32- or 64-bit configuration. Your settings will differ in each case. Please let us know how you get on. Regards Chris. |
