Dear Shana It seems like you have the 32-bit version of Java installed. Please uninstall all Java versions on your computer and then install the latest 64-bit version from here: https://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
Afterwards, you should be able to set the heap size to larger values which should solve your processing problems.
