Cool. An IC tester would be a great additional.
I checked eBay and there seem to be a lot of Chinese/Hong Kong Versions of
the TL 866CS. Are
thes TL866's an unauthorized knock off? I'm also seeing other similar
versions. Most all are
from overseas. I have grown to not trust these sources so much.

Recommendations of a decent low cost IC tester would be appreciated.
