Welcome Sierra..wow such pretty names on this list yeh.. Listen...one of the best ways to get a client to come back is to send them a personal thank you. I wrote something like this....Hello my name is Athena and I was you nail tech when you visited blabla...Thank you so much!
I can remember jotting down one or two thangs next to that clients name on my appt sheet to help remind me what we chatted about. At the end of every dang day I would personalize these pre printed thank yous with a few wds and bam! in the mail they went. When I managed I had all my techs do this and they hated it in the beginning but then they saw how it brought those clients back. The peeps love to see that you care on a personal level. That's my words of wisdom for the nite. check yall in the am Im out.
