I'm not new to nails 14+years and counting and I still send a note to new clients. I try to keep informed as to illness and deaths in the family etc... Other reasons to send a card and note.? I agree that the little personal touches are what makes a difference.? I also send a birthday card with a $5.00 off on service with me only.? Everyone thanks? and appreciates the gift.
