Back when I started out, I got some very nice (high grit!) emery boards and included one with a note along the lines of "Please accept this token of my appreciation for your business! I enjoyed our time together this morning and hope to see you again, soon. [or.if I'd pre-booked them.very likely I had..then the note would say "I'm looking forward to seeing you the10th at 4:00p" instead] Double duty.thank you.and confirm next appt in writing!
