Lisa, Exactly, Intense Seal is a UV topcoat gel used ONLY as a topcoat, totally different than a gel used as an overlay on natural nails, tips or sculpt... Sent from my Verizon Wireless BlackBerry

But Intense Seal is a UV topcoat, not an actual gel. I guess that wouldn't be the same as what is being discussed here. Thanks for your reply! It chips, pits and the gel shrinks on the polish... That's my experience. I haven't tried the method where you mix the polish into the gel+then apply it on the natural nails-but it seems to be working for our networking friends, can't wait to try it! It would be an ideal gel method, even though there are lots of color gels in the industry; however, this way, you can use the clients favorite color. And I don't want to sound stupid here, I am a new nail tech, but why do you have to mix it? Can't you just polish the nail and then apply the gel over top, then cure? Please be gentle with you remarks. Turned out great so far. Will see how they do through the torture I put them through. I used Zoya- Tess and clear T-3 fibergel. Very pretty!!! I just kept mixing in the polish until I thought it was dark enough. Sorry. --- On Fri, 11/7/08, [EMAIL PROTECTED] <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subject: NailTech:: Re: Zoya/gel To: [email protected] Date: Friday, November 7, 2008, 8:12 AM So Kim, what was the ratio you used for the polish/gel and how much quantity did you end up with to get adequate coverage?
