What I will tell you is this, It was a vitamin supplement. But if you think you can just go buy a multi vitamin and it will make your nails grow... forget it. I've taken vitamins, even those suppose to help your nails grow, but pffft! Put it this way, this stuff can't be bought at the store, and I would call it KERATIN CRACK. Nails growing 1/8 inch a DAY and even jamming them in a car door wont break. Yesterday I had to cut another 4 inches off the back of my hair, and I ran out of this stuff 3 weeks ago. Had I not, I would have had to probably cut 10 inches off. All that with just 1 month supply.
