I have a unique bipolar disorder. The reason it is unique is because I have severe ups and downs, without any angry episodes. The vitamins were more of a miracle drug for most of my and hubbys health issues. Irritable bowel syndrome- gone (its toxin cleanser is wonderful) seizures- gone (have not figured this one out yet) depression-gone irritability -gone Immunity- holy cow/not even a cold Hair- grows rapidly Nails- grow rapidly The bad side effects which only last the first few days include headaches, and a body acne. The headaches go away with simple tylenol. But the acne still has not subsided. The reason for the acne is the vitamins cleanse you of toxins, which will go thru your pores. Its not severe acne, but still yuck! Your urine will stink really bad. More water will lesson it, but will still have a foul smell. Being the first to take these I can tell you I've already did the trial and errors. First off, do not under any circumstances take these with anything but water. Do not ever think you can take these without eating, you must take these with food, no exceptions. If you break any of the rules above, you will regret it greatly. Worse case being vomiting. With food, you do not even get the slightest belly ache. In order to benefit fully from these vitamins, you take one when you get up with something to eat, then take two at lunch. You can take your 3rd one at dinner instead, but the B12 and green tea will keep you awake longer than you want at bed time. Being a toxicologist previously, I would take 1 with each meal because you will reap the best results, despite taking longer to fall asleep at night. Just move your dinner time earlier lol. Now, when I went to check the latest price for these, I noticed they had two different bottles now. The other bottle was the same but had additional caffeine. At that amount of caffeine I would not suggest purchasing it, it will make your hands shake. So, make sure you buy the one with the picture of a BOX, not a bottle.
