I am also losing clients, most of whom would fall into the upper end
of middle class. My reaction is to offer new services (like the rock
star toes) which are less expensive and less of a committment. My
business plan is to put these services on the menu quickly, then
begin building my regular clientelle up again. There are fewer
people out there looking for me, so I need to expand my reach with
advertising. Then I have to give them more service, more retail
opportunities at good prices. Many of these women spend money on
botox treatments, and you can rest assured they will be happy to find
cheaper alternatives and there are lots out there right now. The
advances in topical wrinkle treatment are amazing, so that's where
I'm going to focus phase 3 of my plan.
