Diana,

When doing anything nail art (glitter included) it is actually better to
apply it to uncured gel.  For example...
Do one coat of clear gel, cure, apply another coat of clear gel....DO NOT
cure....sprinkle the glitter and then cure.
Now your glitter won't move when you apply your next coat because it's cured
into the lower layer.

100% easier.  I do this with all of my Cina Nail art pieces + Gel in my
seminars or photo shoots.
