Michelle, In Texas we are required to use bleach once weekly, soak the tub overnite.? I use a few different products, however, because I don't feel that once a week is enough.? Food for thought:? say for instance your clients introduces some "BUG" to your spa...then another client introduces yet another "bug", this is on,? say Tuesday and you haven't ran bleach for a week or two.? so then you have all these "BUGS"? multiplying at a rate we? probably couldn't comprehend.So what happens in the meantime??? I think doing ?more, more frequently is the safest approach to protect my clients.? ?I like to use bleach only because it complies with state rules.? But I feel a deeper responsibility to my clients? and their safety, so I use bleach...OPI spa complete (It is EPA registered) but also I like the product made by Virox for the chelating effect ( ACCEL).? I just feel like after the death in Texas by pedicure a few years back, you can never be too careful.(granted, I understand the wman who passed has a compromised immune system) Anyway, Just food for thought Nicole Tausch
