Hi, i am in Ohio and bleach is great according to our state board... my inspector says i do over kill and she was right,, i always used to much and it ate away the blades on my motor...ha....so now i use less bleach , run it thru for my 10minutes, drain it and then run the opi spa cleaner thru it also... i also use the cuccio tabs when soaking and it has helped with the wormies in the filter...... good luck...
