I had to cringe when I read this!! I over processed my hair once. Notice I said ONCE,, looked like a horse tail nd felt like hay. I should have cut it all off then. That really is her only option if she wants it to look good. I do not do hair either as it "skeeves" me to even imagine having other people's hair on my skin!! Ugh.
