I tell new clients 'you won't go home with anything you didn't bring with you' so far everyone has been very appreciative of my concern for their safety. Of course, I also wear gloves -- same ones our paramedics use on the ambulances. I don't sterilize my instruments but do sanitize and disinfect with hospital grade disinfectant. Do keep all instruments covered after sanitizing and disinfecting. Pat.
