Oh I forgot to mention something. I use alcohol to really clean the nails. But you have to use something that does not have lint or leaving anytime of residue.
the little sponge foam things from the gel companies are so expensive. So I went to JoAnn Fabrics and bought a sheet of foam. It was on sale for 3.99 a yard, and brought it home and started cutting. Save money, but lordy be does your hand hurt from cutting all those little squares!!!
