Jess, I stated that I heard Gina say, in a class, that if you overcure one product that it will be dull. I never said someone had a problem with Top Gloss, I was just trying to help Michelle out. I wasn't sure if it was Top Gloss or Base and Gloss, thank you for sharing that it is indeed Base and Gloss.
