this absolutely doesn't sound right.  I am the webmaster of an online
nail supply company, and we have clients who have been registered
since the site started in 2004, using the same email address and
password as then.  They are NEVER, ever purged.  Sounds like the
company changed web hosting sites, went with the cheaper (cheapest?)
option and they no longer have the same storage capacity as they did
before.  Or it is possible that their accounting system has changed
and does not mesh with the website shopping cart or something
technical and fixable.  Call and complain and email everyone you can
at the company to complain.  Really, web hosting sites are really not
that expensive and for them to cheap out like that, if that is what
happened, is not right.
