GREAT ARTICLE!!! I have actually contemplated raising my rates just a smidge and then explaining that I no longer accept tips. I have not done this cuz I have not totally thought it through. Yet it is something I still contemplate as something different from the other shops...Great service and no tip expectations....what do others think about this tip thing?!?!?!
