OH!   I dont think a tip jar is very cool.  Here we go again with a lot of 
opinions.  Clients don't have to give us tips.  I like tips and I will reserve 
special favors for clients that give tips but to be blatant and put out a 
jar-----I wouldn't do that.  Some clients may be so offended by it that they 
will deliberately NOT leave a tip because it's asked for.

I have actually contemplated raising my rates just a smidge and then explaining 
that I no longer accept tips. I have not done this cuz I have not totally 
thought it through. Yet it is something I still contemplate as something 
different from the other shops...Great service and no tip expectations....what 
do others think about this tip thing?!?!?!
