I came from one regulated province (Nova Scotia) to another (Manitoba). Regulation in MB is a JOKE. No inspecti, no enforcement, no onus on the operator to get professional development, no requirement to display credentials or licenses - they are only interested in you during your apprenticeship hours over here.
I want to go back to NS. Not only am I terribly homesick, I am running out of ideas to motivate people and get them off their butts here.
