Hey Ladies!

 

Alberta has no regulations, but wholesalers will only sell to certified
professionals. But I agree...it's a bit of a joke...way too easy - and cheap
- to get certified here. We need to get an organizaiton going in Canada to
set up regulations consistent in each province....what do you all think?
