What surprised me most was how many clients "SETTLE" for poor quality  
service and assume that that is the way it is supposed to  be. 
 
What truly stunned me was the number of techs out there in the real  world 
(this group is the exception) who were/are quite content to perform  those 
sub standard services without any regard for the health or safety of the  
clients who entrust their hands and feet into  our care.
