What surprised me most, was that the salon I went to work in right after taking my 40 hour course at BOCES, was using the same files/buffers on every person that walked through the door. This was back in 1990, right before they licensed NY nail techs. What was even grosser, was the fact that we were using the same files and buffers on everyone's feet - double yuck!
