Brenda-- I need to read more closely! You are right. If everyone else is fine, the chances are very slim that she cannot wear gel. She cannot use her nails as tools. Have you tried to see how she uses them in front of you? Is her watch a latch type? I always ask my clients to take off their watch and see if they use the fingertip or nail to unlatch it.
