Florida is odd, yep, went thru this credo blade (razor implement)
about 2 years ago because of the confusion in the state.

Went to them personally at the Orlando show and asked, is it against
the law to use credo (razor) in your state? Answer: NO, it is not
illegal to use a razor type implement.

Still confusion. So when I got home, within a couple of weeks, I called them.

I asked the same question, Is it against the law to use a
credo(razor)in your state? Answer: Well, it is a gray area. Yes and No.

So I asked another question. If an inspector walked in and found a
razor type implement in the salon, would the technician/salon be
wrote up for this? Answer: No, because in the laws/rules it does not
say you can or cannot have them in your possession. (NOTE: This
questioning was 2 years ago.)

But also she explained the same thing that Deb and Janet
explained. If you cut someone then that is where you will be against
the laws and rules of the state.

Now again I will say this was 2 years ago. I hope they have made
this clear because it is/was a confusion that needs to be corrected.
Also, remember that the word credo is a brand name, so if laws/rules
say that you cannot use a credo blade this would mean this
brand. That is why many states have changed the wording to something
like razor type implement. diana from indiana
