Robin, Be careful with asking your school. I only warn you because many "teachers" do not know all the rules and regulations and could misinform you. Not saying your teacher would, but I know plenty in PA that have NO clue. You trusted your instinct and came to this forum. I had a salon owner tell me she wanted me to use a razor instrument. First, all of us in FL know that the information on that phone number is NOT accurate - it is a central Business and Professional agency bunch that is way to separated from the Cos Board for them to always be right. Second, I will tell you that if you are sued, a judge can determine that what you are doing is medical or surgical, regulation or not, and then you are in a whole world of hurt!
