Alice, The Nailite soak off top coat is a tackless cure!!! That is what got me on this. It is just weird. It was all fine with my first guinea pig, but not this one!! Weird!! I WANT this to work! It could be a couple of things....your bulbs might need to be changed. Her nails may need to be swiped again with cleanser. Regular top coat may not dry if she is still tacky. Have her come back and try applying a gel top coat that doesn't cure with a tacky layer such as YN Finish.
