Ange,
Okay-- it is 10:30 pm and I just got done work. This was a 14 hour day. She
called me back at 8:50. Only the fingers are tacky-the thumbs are shiny.
She said she is not upset--thank god. I promised to get her in before she goes
back to North Carolina for a few weeks.
I really do not want to use Finish on her. (Thanks for that tip Alice!) ONLY
because I want her to be able to soak them off without filing.
My lamp is brand new. So something is up as to why the thumbs were okay!
What a PITA!!! LOL
Again THANK YOU EVERYONE for your help and support!
Buenos noches,
Lynnette

Lynnette,
I use the High Gloss Tackless Sealer from Nailite and I have had this happen
before. Does she talk with her hands? My aunt does, and I always have to tell
her to put her hand back in the light, so she will put the thumb or the 4
fingers whichever one she isn't suppose to have in there. She gets confused and
I am busy working on the other hand and don't catch it. I have also forgot to
put it on a hand before. Its a busy week, maybe something like that
happened. I'm sure the tacky has wore off by now and she probably has forgotten
about it. (keeping my fingers crossed for ya)

Alice,
The Nailite soak off top coat is a tackless cure!!! That is what got me on
this. It is just weird. It was all fine with my first guinea pig, but not this
one!! Weird!!
I WANT this to work! I cannot advertise this if it does not work!!!
Muchas gracias,
Lynnette

It could be a couple of things....your bulbs might need to be changed.  Her
nails may need to be swiped again with cleanser.  Regular top coat may not dry
if she is still tacky. Have her come back and try applying a gel top coat that
doesn't cure with a tacky layer  such as  YN Finish.

Help! I just did a client in the SOG at 9 am. She called and said her nails are

very tacky.

I cured for two every layer.

I used Nailite's SOG and. SOG top coat gel.

Will putting clear polish help this? I just want to get her through turkey day.

I have no openings until ten tonight. Please send suggestions!!!

Muchas gracias,

Lynnette
