Lynnette, I use the High Gloss Tackless Sealer from Nailite and I have had this happen before. Does she talk with her hands? My aunt does, and I always have to tell her to put her hand back in the light, so she will put the thumb or the 4 fingers whichever one she isn't suppose to have in there. She gets confused and I am busy working on the other hand and don't catch it. I have also forgot to put it on a hand before. Its a busy week, maybe something like that happened. I'm sure the tacky has wore off by now and she probably has forgotten about it. (keeping my fingers crossed for ya) Angie Wingerter

It could be a couple of things....your bulbs might need to be changed. Her nails may need to be swiped again with cleanser. Regular top coat may not dry if she is still tacky. Have her come back and try applying a gel top coat that doesn't cure with a tacky layer such as YN Finish.
