Lynnette, Darn okay what are you using as your final coat? Yes soaking breaks it down from the outside in...but the primer and base bonding gel grab the gel polish and bonds it to the nail. When using the protein type primers the acetone doesn't break the bond for the gel polish to soak off. In my experience the gel polish soaks off in 1 whole piece, I use one of my implements to gently flick it off the nail. If you go to the Gelessentialz web site there is a tutorial for gel polish and it shows the soaking off. Here.'s the link

My dilemma is that not too many natural nail clients want to see an e-file to remove the product. Many people STILL picture chop shops when it comes to e-files. Yes I educate them, but we all know how that goes. So how does your SO product come off when you soak? Although that type of Primer works really well, when it comes to SOG..it works too well and makes it nearly impossible to soak off.
