This is your spa. The employee should have talked with you first before she purchased the machine and brought it into your spa. This is only good business practice. You have the right to tell her that she cannot use the machine in your spa and charge your clients a price unless she pays you 70%. You are the owner and you have the upper-hand. By the employee not telling you first-hand about the machine, sounds like she found a way to use your spa for personal gain. I would tell her to sleep on it and 70% is your final offer.[?]
