This includes removal. I charge $60 (same price as backfill) for gel polish over a standard clear fill (which is $50). I don't charge any different for french, but will be charging $5 more when my prices change. I can soak off but I choose to efile it off. Gel polish oh toes is $50, does not include soak, scrub or massage - just toe work. And again will include removal. I choose not to charge additional for removal because I don't want clients thinking they are going to save a buck by picking off their gel polish - this causes damage and will make them less likely to come back if they think their nails are being damaged by the product. This also makes it easy for me to discount their first time, since I know I can book 15 minutes less than a returning client. I'm surprised how many gel polish clients I have. But they are a different kind of client than a classic gel client so its certainly easy to get them in the door!
