Well, I'm glad to say that not only did his wife make the appointment but I
really like her and it looks like she's going to turn into a regular client.
Still...I'm working on a good response to the situation. I just cannot have
people walk in to be "pencilled in" with 24 hour notice and not take some sort
of deposit or something.
