I haven’t used it yet, is this new? I don’t recall seeing it before. The instructions say ‘apply over lacquer. Dry under UV Lamp for 2-3 minutes. Let top coat cool for 1 minute.’ It doesn’t say anything about letting the polish dry first. Jenny I’m sure you asked her if a UV lamp was involved in the process, right? I can’t wait to try this out to see if it works. There are some decent heat-sensitive or UV cured top coats out there-- NSI's Thermoshield is a good one. Most of these topcoats don't work well over natural nails, but will work on toes fine.
