The massage therapist said it was just polish with fast drying top coat. But the thing is she doesn't do nails just massage. So how do I know if she actually knows or just thinks she knows what she is talking about? I'm sorry I just have to vent! There are some decent heat-sensitive or UV cured top coats out there-- NSI's Thermoshield is a good one. Most of these topcoats don't work well over natural nails, but will work on toes fine.
