waitress, deli counter,MOM, etc!! My lamp is out on my table all the time
anyway. (I use a gel sealant for p+w's)
You have to "get out" the base coat, color and top coat anyway...so it's just a
different 3 bottles!

OK I get that point.. so why not just color gel or acrylicin total?? Just seems
to me.. do the acrylic now I gotta switch gears putall the acrylic stuff away
and drag out the gel, lamp, different brushes, wipes, wipe solutions, change
towels.... not busting chops just trying toget the thought process down.. maybe
it's just my ADD shining through.. Ihave trouble switching gears :) Thats one
reason I was so reluctant tojump on the gel train.. I could never remember to
stop and cure 4 then dothe thumbs.. brain says 5 right 5 left repeat till
done..

Their polish even over acrylic only lasts a few days what kind of workare these
women doing?? <giggle>

Hey Deb....
As a general rule, I use the sog over natural nails. However, I have afew
acrylic pink and white clients who occasionally like color, but theirjobs just
beat the crap out of their nails... polish only lasts a day ortwo before
looking awful. On them, I am using the sog because it stays onbetter... but
they need the acrylic for strength. :)

acrylic?? whats the point????? Maybe I am out of the loop not doingnails any
more.. but I just don't get the point.. these products arespecifically made for
natural manicure clients as an alternative topolish...

Ok, here's the only thing I'm doing different than you - I'm usingGelish's "Top
it off" gloss...... my Fedora has been crinklingon everyone and this stuff
smooths it right out.
*Sorry for mixing systems, but I LOVE Gelish's top coat!*
See if you can see this

 - at least 3 of those were crinkled before the topcoat......

Hey Becky... NOT only did the top coat not take it out, on 2 of the 4the
Shellac wasn't even stuck to the nail under the crinkle!!! I buffedit off that
spot and put another coat on the whole nail. It was fine, buttook extra time.
:( Practice, practice, practice...

I use a base w/sog over acrylics - Foundation by Gelish. Should beso
thin you ScRuB it onto the nail.

Top coat takes out the crinkles in Shellac, don't panic. It's likemagic. :o)
