I used the clear echo so for a top coat and it was very shiney. I used it over 
a french.

Karen, well that is a good question. The eco So Quick Topcoat, like many 
others, Out The Door, Seche, etc., dry very quickly, less than 1 minute in most 
cases. You could also add one layer of clear So Quick to give a little extra 
shine.
