Pat, There are soooo many people who will argue this. Not me! I had a very small area on both big toes a few years back. I was diligent with the Vicks-daily. After shower I cleaned out the toenails and put the Vicks under. It took 8 monthsN but it worked. It also worked for a couple other people I recommended it to. If they are not consistent, it will not work.
