Hi Dayna! Funny you can't see it...hummm....she sent it to me on from her iphone...not sure if I can post it on FB...I'll try sending it to you directly....
Here is a description....on her right index finger she has a crack in the middle of the nail that extends down into the nail bed about half way to the cuticle and from there she is developing a ridge into the cuticle. It does not hurt her, but she obviously does not like it. I was able to put on an enhancement, but was wondering how prying off nails could cause damage like that to her matrix. And why it would only happen on the one finger if they were all pried off. The only thing I can think of is when one was pulled off it was wrenched in such a way that it damaged the matrix. Holly - I don't know that they trimmed her eponychium, but I had not thought of that. When I see her next I'll check with her....filing damage is very possible...she said they really "dug in" and it hurt alot...she kept pulling away and asking them to go easier....but thanks for the feedback... Have a great day all!
