Simmy is right....we're living through a historic change in the way nails can now be done. This uv polish answers every woman's wishes ever since the creation of nail polish! It's exciting that we dedicated nail techs can witness this and appreciate this moment in history.
CND had a HUGE, MASSIVE, probably a once in a lifetime shot with Shellac to outpace OPI and take the lead. But their greatest success could be turning into their greatest failure......opportunity lost. This oversight sets a historic precedence and if we were lawyers, this one would go down in the books. Techs 20 years from now could be referencing this situation and using it as case law! Which all of us individual techs can learn from this unfortunate situation......it could easily happen to us and probably already has at some point, just not on such a large scale universal stage. How many missed opportunities have we lost by not keeping our finger on the pulse of our business, our clients, and our community?
