Clean the perimeter of the nail of cuticle particles with the Medicool small diamond ball bit. Clean under the free edge. Using an ingrown toenail file, slightly round the corners of the great toenail. Buff the nail surface with a fine buffer block (I cut a buffer block into 4 = pieces, then cut each in half diagonally to make 8 pieces per block) *Scrub* the nail with ScrubFresh or alcohol. Apply basecoat, 2 coats of polish and topcoat. Depending on the situation, I polish the nails to allow each coat a bit of time to dry before adding the next coat.
