  Peggy!
You hit it right on the nail!
I have not soaked my clients in water probably since about six months after I
got out of school.
I use Cuticle Eliminator and a pusher plus, then trim all that excess off.
It is true your polish will last longer without water soaking!
  Toss those soaking bowls....
When women come here and tell me they still soak at other salons, I just know
that none of these places keep up with education or trends....

  Buenos dias!

Marsha thank you for the information. But, I had a few questions: How did
you apply paraffin to each foot- not sure if you used a brush or? And, how
much do you charge for a service like this? You also stated that since the
feet absorb about 30% of the water while soaking, then I guess the same goes
for hands. We might as well do waterless manicures. As a result, whatever we
apply on them whether it be an enhancement and especially polish will last
longer if we do waterless services as you suggested. Hope my reasoning is
correct and hope to hear from you soon. I enjoyed your information.
Sincerely, Peggy :o)!
