I did the same thing by giving the clients one free application they fell for it! I only carry shellac but the way it is right now I won't be able to continue shellac for much longer. But some will be soak off in 10 minutes, some will be soak off in 20 minutes, and some will be filed off. For all of you that are carrying both, what are you saying, or advertising the diff.? Want to start advertising this,to NEW POTENTIAL customers, but don't know exactly what to call it. Because so many different service options. On top of their natural nails, on top of their existing ac or gel. Can't really say soak off, because all aren't all soak off.
