I just call it a "No Chip Manicure (or Pedicure)". They don't need to know the difference between brands, that is for us to deal with, imo. I charge an extra $10 on top of whatever service, and I won't do it without at least the most basic mani/pedi service to get the nails ready. I do not charge to soak off, the $10 on the front side covers that in my opinion also. When I first started I ran a special "Upgrade to NO-CHIP for NO CHARGE" (which PS I did excluding Shellac... lol) to build up some buzz and get some happy client pics on my biz fb.

Want to start advertising this,to NEW POTENTIAL customers, but don't know exactly what to call it. Because so many different service options. On top of their natural nails, on top of their existing ac or gel. Can't really say soak off, because all aren't all soak off.
