When she came in Thursday night and I saw just how bad they were, I just held her hands for about give minutes. It hurt me to see this. I am disgusted at what the CHOP SHOPS get away with. This is NOT nss....this is blatant shredding and chopping the nails to death. WE would never get away with this. Sadly this client said she cannot afford me.
