Hi. I am going to host an open house for my customers. I am thinking of ways to give back to LOYAL customers as well as get more. Have any of you hosted an open house for your customers during the holidays or any other time? If so, how did it go, did you get new clients, and what marketing ideas did you use? Did you offer free services or discounts on services and reatail? Did you have it catered or keep it simple? Do you make it a yearly event? Is it a TON of work??? Thanks for your input and ideas!
