Thanks for the report Kelley! I'm wondering if you tried coating your fingertips with paraffin after applying the foil/cottonball/acetone to soak. I've been using the "nail spas" loaded with a cottonball and acetone to do the soak off. It works well, but I'm considering going back to the foil/cottonball/acetone method and then using a plastic bag to apply the paraffin. (Most clients thumbs don't fit easily into the nail spas) Plus, I think the heat from the paraffin would speed up the process considerably! I did one hand at a time and it took about 35-40 mins each hand. I think my next experiment is going to be just putting the base coat on the new growth at the back of the nail only, it was alot of work removing them and they were kinda thick but not as thick as enhancements. Boy I am babying my nails now, i just put on a few layers of duri rejuvacoate. they are in good shape. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "NailTech" group.
